Mortality

Relishing the waters
Enjoying the bath
Not a clue
Of cells floating by.

Each day in fall
leaves leave their airy abode
Totally clueless
Laying on the ground.

Lovers Quarrel
Engulfed in sadness
Not a clue
Of the moments passing by.

Climbing the ladder of success
While Children wait below
Totally clueless
They're children no more.

Sitting on the bank
Watching the pyre
Knowing our future
Hoping its not our turn.

Every moment,
Re-newing,
Changing,
Dying,
Passing,
Aware of mortality
Yet Denying it.
