This was on my friend Enreal's blog, on Wordpress. I thought, that was just the rebuke we all need every now and then when we find excuses for why we dont do the things we want to or think of doing.

How great this person is and it's a reality check in a manner. This is very direct and to the point which most tend to look to the other direction. Sieze the day, moment, and minutes. I don't know anyone that would really see the aspects of what she is saying. Some do and some will...I have.
Very emotional..and the message is even more clear coming from a person who knows for sure that life is Precious, that we dont have any minute to spare. Live life to the foolest!

My guy in a lab coat didn't give me a death sentence but I did have cancer. I REALLY appreciate life.
