1. We had such forceful winds last night, almost 45-50 mph... my daughter woke up because of the howl.
2. We all woke late this morning and lived up to my name - Rush Me.
3. The weekend was spent pondering a tragedy that took place close to home. An Indian Man shot his wife and son before shooting himself... Theres a lot of speculation on why he did it, from being unemployed for over a year to domestic voilence. I didnt know them personally but I knew of the lady, Varsha through a friend of mine. I dont want to gossip about it but it felt really sad. Heres the News and heres what some ignorant person thinks of this.
4. Life is always good with a cup of early morning coffee..
5. I spent yesterday afternoon at the library and I was so happy...think I was a book maker in my previous life?
6. I went back to reading the news a couple of days back and am beginning to feel sad and negative again. There was Shooting in Jaurez, Japanese fishermen are probably going to worry about their livelihood as there is a jellyfish infestation in their waters, There was killing in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Stupidity at its heights in Zambia. Seriously, I would like something Happy Happenning. I guess I will stop reading the news again.
7. I am glad for the family I have, inspite of its steep climbs and deep falls. If it wasnt for them, I wouldnt be who I am.
8. I made some Mango icecream yesterday and its cold outside, what was I thinking or was I thinking at all?
9. My nephew(cousin's son) celebrated his 1st birthday. I missed being there of course.
10. Why is it so hard to get over a broken heart...after all these advances in technology no ones figured how to fix it.. Irony?

Morning coffee... I found at the Grocery Outlet a gem - coffee from Mt Kilimanjaro. It is awesome and it was just 5 bucks for the pound - less than I would pay for a Starbucks small package.
Rush Me! You are so funny! Hugs
Well, dont let the bad news get you down, my sweet! Can't stop the bad things that happens in the world. I know you suffer as well, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. :-(
Oh my, they are really robust. I try different kinds when I am outside, last I tried was the one from Kenya and it was good though too strong for me.
Thank you sis :)
2. Rush me LOL !!...
3. so sad... another by-product of what I wrote below... We need happy news !!
4... Ditto !
5... See? you are meant to write. !!
6. ..I think news is meant to keep us in a downer... so the impact ratio is less when the numb mind is addressed by the really bad stuff...I dont read or listen to mainstream news... It is calculated to depress. (Got some great meds via TV ads : ((...) ...
7...Who needs a boring family ? ..>>>>." If it wasnt for them, I wouldnt be who I am."<<<< uh oh ... Now don't be blamin them for that... LOL !!!
8... Mango ! oh yum ! I would eat that anytime ..
9... You weren't supposed to be there or you would have been ... ;)
10....Well, you could take meds, or drink , or cry all the time, or spend all your time making someone else miserable....but broken hearts are painful... and pain only goes away over time...and in the meantime, BIG HUGS..
Thank you Jackie...:)
I hope things seem a little brighter today rush me....
Things always have the upside and downside perhaps it's all within a circle. I know tomorrow I will be rushed but sometimes that is just how it goes. I don't mind the rush as it's far better than the push.
Just a thought as there are somethings we can't do anything about - a friendly hug.
