POETRY POSSE 47 : Well Being.

Close your eyes
Ignore your Touch
Breathe in Steady
Stop the listening
From your depth
Sense your being
In complete truth.

Open your eyes
Feel your skin
Breathe in deep
Listen carefully
From your senses
See the Beauty
Surrounding you in Subtlety.

In the closing and opening
In the feeling and ignoring
In the steady and deep
In the listening and not listening
Sense our senses sharpening
The secret to our well being.

Honestly, while reading your entry, I remember my yoga instructor. For a momen there, I feel renewed.

Thanks for playing this week.

It did what I intended then. When I read the word senses, the feeling of how we feel after a Yoga session is what came to mind and I thought that really is an awakening of senses. Thank you for Hosting. :)

This could very easily be a pray you could pray when faced with a touch situation or decision. I LOVE it!
