Pictures to Words - Movement

Thoughts gallop like Wild Horses
Kicking up dust across the plains
Clouding my Mind
With doubts and fears
Unleashing chaos supreme.

In despair I stand,
At the fork on the road
Until Prana*, soothes each
With its quiet Power
Reigning them In.

The Light breaks out,
Wiping Darkness Away.
I Stand Tall, breathing deep
As my soul smiles
In Bliss.

*Prana is the Hindu equivalent of Chinese Qi and the Japanese Chi - the life force, usually present and controlled through our Breath.

Yes Rashmi...it is beautiful. I haven't done this in ages. I must get back to it. Maybe when Winter arrives I shall have more time.

I can relate with that, wish I can be like those horses who just don't care where they're heading.
