Ten things I like about myself

I saw this on Carr's blog, and she did it after reading Rita's blog. This was easy to do for me, guess I am conceited to some degree. You could give it a try too, after all, most of us are quick to find faults with ourselves but rarely give credit for the good things we have. We are our worst critics.

Ten things I love about myself

1. I Like being a woman and the things it entails (motherhood, wifehood, daughterhood, sisterhood), in spite of the emotions, the mood swings etc.

2. I love that I have the family/people that I have in my life, without them I wouldnt be who I am today, for the most part I am content with what I am/have.

3. I like my smile, it makes others smile.

4. I like the fact that I am teachable, I like to learn and can learn most anything I put my mind to. I value learning.

5. I like the fact that I have a lousy memory when it comes to holding a grudge or wish someone ill, I usually dont remember what it was they did.

6. I love that I tend to KNOW somehow, when the people I care about are feeling low or are ill. I usually end up calling or talking to them.

7. I like that for the most part I am a simple, frugal, practical, realistic, no-nonsense, compassionate, empathetic, perfectionist.

8. I like that I can laugh at myself. I love laughing, I make it a point to read or watch or remember something that is/was funny during the day.

9. I like that I am quite easy-going and laidback, it takes a lot to offend me. I dont rent space in my head for the unnecessary.

10. I Like my eyes, they give away what I am feeling so they force me to be honest. Wheres the fun in getting caught lying?
