Warmth rising on the horizon
Songbirds singing "Spring is here"
Someone's "Acchoo" impromptu
Morsing of humming bird's wing,
Sprouts of the bulb underground
Quitely the eyes watch
Bundled up baby yawning
Smell of warm coffee,
Stretch of Lover's waking
Puppy's curled up in a fuzzy ball
Jasmine on the vine
Sweet scents in the air
Flowers everywhere
Cotton candy clouds floating by
Early morning fog
Hiding earth's nakedness
Senses fully alert
Somewhere within
The Heart sings "Its good to be alive".
