In my dreams,
The world is Green
With so many streams
Trees rustle and preen.
Hearts are Warm
Gentle winds in the Palm
Night stars shine bright
People shine their light
Such wondrous dreams, I dream
In my dreams
Lives filled with love
Kindness rides on the wings of dove
Passion in every hearts cove,
Humanity reigns every soul
Children and elders part of a whole
Youth, hardworking and fair
Truth, every soul does share.
Such wondrous dreams, I dream
Each time I wake
I sigh, knowing it was a dream
Wishing never to wake
The next time I dream.

can we share this glorious dream?
Yes!! who knows it might multiply ;).
I love dreams... I believe they are another aspect of me...something another Self can only experience in a reality that parrallels this one... another me.. just as real as this creative illusion...Isn't it nice to believe that we can go where our creative Self finds pleasures or answers or simply spends time exploring what is in another aspect of consciousness? and all it takes is the surrender of one illusion to enter another?
I agree, it is another aspect of consiousness. I seem to love dreaming...It is always way more soothing and less distressing than my "un-dreaming" reality.
BTW...This is a beautiful poem...and yes... sometimes I wish never to wake.... (or maybe that is when I am really awake and this is the friggin dream ) lol
LOL!! Jackie, incidently as I wrote this poem, there were five lines which summarizes what you said.. When I finished writing and re-read it, I felt it wont "Join" the verses above seemlessly.. so I cut it out. Will post just the five lines in the next blog.
Bravo!
