400,000 to 800,000 years....sounds about right... Being of the belief that we were 'injected with DNA to excelerate our evolution'... that time frame is brilliant...and not long after we find pictorials on caves of 'strange flying objects' and curiosity about space. Obviously, I am not a religious sort... lol , although I thoroughly support that we are genetic hybrids engineered by heavenly overseers and continously watched over by our 'loving gods' who are enthralled by their contributions to our evolutionary enhancements ...while still allowing us to ferret out our own path to enlightenment... I suppose one day, science and awareness will cross paths.
I do think the day isnt far, maybe not in my lifetime, but it will happen...a merging of fields of study to see that they are all interconnected, that they can not exist without the other "understanding".

I believe each of us is connected to every one else in some way.
And, as leveret wrote, wouldn't it be grand if science and awareness merged!
